What an incredible fish catching lure! This lure was made at the request of Capt. Tyler Stone, the owner of Intracoastal Angler in Wilmington, N.C. When the local charter captains first saw these lures, we couldn't make them fast enough! The word quickly spread among the fleet about how effective these lures really were. Outlaw Jr features a unique “belly weighted” 1 ounce custom painted lead head that runs upright and straight no matter how it is rigged. When used over a ballyhoo, the reverse tied brilliant flash skirt material undulates seductively as the lure is pulled through the waves. Catches tuna, dolphin, wahoo and billfish.
